Attorney Philip N. Beauregard is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He received a juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Law Review. He has practiced law in the SouthCoast area since 1972.
Attorney Beauregard has served as special trial counsel and City Solicitor for the City of New Bedford and as trial counsel for several area towns.
Attorney Beauregard is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court. His extensive civil practice includes numerous jury trials in the U.S. District Court and the Massachusetts Superior Court and appellate cases in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, the Supreme Judicial Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. Attorney Beauregard has handled a number of civil cases resulting in million dollar results.
Attorney Beauregard is coauthor of chapters in the MCLE books Massachusetts Motor Vehicles Torts and Ethical Lawyering in Massachusetts.
