About Colin
Attorney Colin P. Burke received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University with a double major in economics and marketing. Attorney Burke earned his juris doctor degree cum laude from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2023. He served as business editor and member of the executive board of the UMass Law Review.
While a law student, Attorney Burke worked as a law clerk for Beauregard, Burke & Franco. He also interned as a law clerk for Markey & Walsh as part of the UMass Law Field Placement Program. In his final year of law school, Attorney Burke worked as a student prosecutor with the Bristol County District Attorney’s office as part of the University of Massachusetts School of Law Criminal Prosecution Clinic.
Attorney Burke joined Beauregard, Burke & Franco as an associate in 2023. He handles complex cases in many areas of civil litigation, including employment, business, property, and personal injury law.
