Employment Cases

We represent both employers and employees in all facets of employment law, including sex discrimination, racial discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, and wage and hour law violations. Our work has involved cases in the private sector and the public employment setting. We also represent a local labor union.

We have had numerous jury trials in the U.S. District Court and the Massachusetts Superior Court. We have handled employment cases with six-figure and seven-figure verdicts and settlements. We have also helped employees to be reinstated after wrongful termination.

We represent clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, Civil Service Commission, Department of Employment and Training, U.S. District Court, and Massachusetts Superior Court.
